Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated

As a security measure, prior to processing your order, we may contact you to manually confirm your address and credit card details

All goods in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will advise you of any supply delays.

All orders are sent out with insurance and Track & Trace.

New Zealand delivery:

NZ shipping per order: NZ $10.00 nationwide or FREE NZ SHIPPING when spending NZ$300.00+ GST or more. Some items excluded due to size, weight or dangerous goods.

Delivery is based on standard courier times and tickets, 1 day from collection to Auckland, 1-4 days for delivery for the rest of the country.

The parcel is insured so someone will need to sign for it.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Freighted / couriered items must be thoroughly checked inside before signing for your delivery. Ensure all products are in good condition. As per strict courier company conditions, damaged items must be reported by the receiver within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim / replacement on the items.

International Delivery:

Once we have received your order, we will get back to you with a quote with your postal options.

We will await your response before charging freight and sending your items.

All international orders will be quoted and sent with the parcel’s full value insured for your peace of mind.

Some items may be restricted by air or customs regulations.

Some items may be too expensive to send by air, so we can provide a sea shipping quote if requested.

Terms and conditions

We attempt to describe and load pictures of items available on our Web Site as accurately as possible. If you receive an item not as described to your original order, you can return the product unused and in original packaging and we will process a refund, or provide a substitute, whichever you request.

We will do our best to ensure stock is available for supply, but occasionally delays may still occur. We will endeavor to remedy any problems or offer alternatives quickly. Stock is strictly limited.

Product descriptions, prices and images are subject to change at any point without notice, and any errors in description or pricing will be corrected and you will be notified / re-invoiced correctly.

GST / International Money Transfers / Overseas Credit Cards

GST Exmption:

New Zealand GST (Goods & Services Tax) is not charged or included for delivery addresses outside of New Zealand. To Qualify for GST exemption, Cater Marine must export the goods. If you prefer to use your own Exporter / shipping company, GST must be paid and can be refunded to your card if we are supplied the bill of lading confirming the goods have left NZ via your exporting company.

Orders involving persons intending to take the items on a passenger plane as baggage, will also be required to pay GST, and no GST refunds can be make as per the NZ IRD.

International Money Transfer charge:

If you wish to deposit money into our account from an overseas account, an NZD $25 additional fee applies.

This fee does not apply to credit card payments.
