It has the consistency of butter during application and cures to the touch in 15 minutes at 77°F. Can be applied up to 3/4" thick without sagging. Stops water/solvent penetration and will not shrink. As a glazing compound, it can be spread to a smooth, thin layer. For use above and below the waterline.
